Beyond volunteering and making a financial contribution, there are many ways you can help us transform lives. Please consider supporting Art Heals Arizona (formerly Free Arts) programs in the following ways.

In-Kind Contributions

Art Heals Arizona accepts a variety of in-kind goods and services to enhance the experience for our children and volunteers. One of the most popular in-kind contributions is the gift of art supplies. Refer to our Amazon wishlist or our general wishlist.

NOTE: In-kind donations and services are acknowledged by Art Heals Arizona in writing, but the donor is responsible for the stated value of the in-kind donation.

Gifts of Stock

When you gift stocks to Art Heals Arizona, you won’t pay any capital gains tax. Plus, Free Arts can either sell or hold stock without tax penalties. Art Heals Arizona will acknowledge the donation at fair market value when the stock is donated. If you have stock you wish to gift to Art Heals Arizona, please contact our development department.

Planned Giving

You can support our programming by including Art Heals Arizona in your will, trust, or gift annuity contract. You can also name the organization as a beneficiary of life insurance or retirement assets.

Valley of the Sun United Way Donations

You can designate your workplace United Way campaign to Art Heals Arizona. Simply write in Art Heals Arizona for Abused Children of Arizona as the designation of your gift on the United Way form. Your donation to Valley of the Sun United Way qualifies for the Arizona Foster Care tax credit.
